Shipping is free for U.S orders over $75. For any other purchases, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

We stand by our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the items.

We are currently only able to create labels for U.S. based address.

Please note that the warranty will not cover:

2. Misuse or improper use of the product

3. Chewing or biting

4. Alterations or modifications to the product

Our sizes run small since our harnesses focus on small to medium sized dogs. Please take a look at our size chart for more information and how to take accurate measurements. You can find out how to measure from here.
